, After many years of membership in the winegrowers' cooperative, the wines themselves have been pressed and marketed since 1995. The "Sonna-Besa" broom shop is connected. The company is run by the Knauß family, and Andreas Knauß is responsible as cellar master. The vineyards cover 15 hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Altenberg and Nonnenberg (Strümpfelbach), Steinacker (Lehrensteinsfeld), as well as in the three communities Beutelsbach, Endersbach and Schnait. Two thirds of them are planted with the red varieties Trollinger, Lemberger, Pinot Noir and Merlot, and one third with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The management takes place with natural, environmentally friendly care measures.

, intense foliage care
and thin out
