Arndt Köbelin returned to his parents' company with his wife Monika in 2005 (who had previously been a purely grape supplier) and started producing wine. In 2006 the construction of a new winery with modern, functional architecture and a viewing platform was started. The vineyards cover ten hectares of vineyards in the individual location Herrenbuck (Eichstetten). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Muller-Thurgau, Muscat and Scheurebe, and Pinot Noir. , The fermentation takes place with the vineyard's own yeast. Depending on the type of wine, the wines are aged in steel tanks, in large wooden barrels or in barriques. A specialty is a lightly pressed Pinot Noir ice wine. Fine brandies are also produced.
