The "wine and sparkling wine Kössler" lies in the municipality Eppan (Appiano) in the Italian wine growing area South-Tirol (Region Trentino-Alto Adige ). The origin dates back to 1631. It was founded in 2005 by the cooperative St. Paul's winery accepted. Managing Director is Dr. Alessandro Righi, as winemaker Wolfgang Tratter is responsible. In the Weinlaube KÖSSLER in the village square of St. Pauls wine tastings with vineyard tours and on request typical dishes are offered all year round.

The white varieties Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris), Müller-Thurgau, Gewürztraminer, Gold Muskateller and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as the red varieties Vernatsch, Lagrein, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are processed. There is a natural and environmentally conscious management. The wines are mostly varietal as DOC Kalterersee. St. Magdalener and South Tyrol (Lagrein Kretzer etc.) in the styles "Classico" and "Sonderlinie" produced. The premium wines include the selection wines Gewürztraminer Selezione and Pinot Noir Riserva.
