The "Kössler Wine and Sparkling Wine Cellar" is located in the municipality of Appiano (Appiano) in the Italian wine sector South-Tirol (Region Trentino-Alto Adige ). The origin dates back to 1631. It was started in 2005 by the cooperative St. Paul's winery accepted. Managing director is Dr. Alessandro Righi, Wolfgang Tratter is responsible as cellar master. Wine tastings with guided tours of the vineyards and, on request, typical dishes are offered all year round in the KÖSSLER wine arbor on the village square in St. Pauls.

The white wine varieties Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris), Müller-Thurgau, Gewürztraminer, Goldmuskateller and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as the red varieties Vernatsch, Lagrein, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are processed. There is a natural and environmentally conscious management. The wines are mostly sorted as DOC Kalterersee. St. Magdalener and South Tyrol (Lagrein Kretzer etc.) produced in the styles "Classico" and "Special Line". The premium wines include the selection wines Gewürztraminer Selezione and Pinot Noir Riserva.
