Krankl Manfred

The winery "Sine qua non" is located in Oak View (Ventura County, Central Coast ) south of Santa Barbara in California, The name means "absolutely indispensable". It was built in 1994 from 1980 to the USA emigrated Austrians Manfred Krankl and his wife Elaine.
