The estate is located in the municipality of Oberwesel-Dellhofen in the German wine-growing region middle Rhine
, It is managed by Ute and Albert Lambrich. In 2002, the old property in the village was abandoned and new manor buildings with a wine bar were built below the Oberwesel district of Dellhofen. The vineyards cover almost five hectares of vineyards in the Oberweseler single location Römerkrug
, 60% of them are planted with Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Faberrebe, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. After a controlled fermentation, the white wines are left for a long time on the lees stored and expanded to 80% dry and semi-dry. The red wines are macerated and partly mature in barriques. A noble sweet wine is pressed from the vine. A Riesling ice wine is also produced in suitable years.
