DOC range for sparkling red wines and rosé wines ( Spumante and Frizzante ) in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, The area includes the entire municipalities of Bastiglia, Bomporto, Nonantola, Ravarino and San Prospero, as well as parts of the municipalities Galliano, Camposanto, Carpi, Castelfranco Emilia, Modena, San Cesario sul Panaro and Soliera in the province of Modena. All wines are going out Lambrusco di Sorbara (about 60%), Lambrusco Salamino (max 40%), as well as any other use Lambrusco varieties (max 15%) blended. There are the types of wine Rosso Spumante, Rosato Spumante, Rosso Frizzante and Rosato Frizzante, which are expanded in secco or asciutto, abboccato or semisecco and amabile or dolce.
