The wine types Rosso and Rosato are used in any use by Grappello Ruperti ( Lambrusco Viadanese ), Grappello Maestri ( Lambrusco Maestri ), Grappello Marani ( Lambrusco Marani ) and Lambrusco Salamino (to 85%), as well as from Lambrusco di Sorbara, Grappello Grasparossa ( Lambrusco Grasparossa ) Ancellotta and Fortana (max 15%) pressed. The wines are aged in secco and amabile.
