, The family history goes back 450 years. At the beginning of the 1920s, a branch of the Kröver winemaker family Kilian Klein was built here. In the late 1960s, Louis Klein took over the management of the Traben-Trarbach winery. Since the beginning of 2009 the company is run by daughter Ulrike Boor and her husband Markus. In 2001, this company switched its own farm to organic farming. The vineyards cover 6.5 hectares of vineyards in the individual layers of Königsberg, Paradies and Würzgarten (Traben), Schatzgarten (Wolf), Hubertuslay (Kinheim), and Paradies and Steffensberg (Kröv). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Rivaner, Pinot Blanc and Kerner, and with the red varieties Schwarzriesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Dorio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Dornfelder.
