Long Stefan

The "Rotweingut Ing. Stefan Lang" is located in the community Neckenmarkt in the Austrian DAC area Mittelburgenland, The traditional estate is a traditional, 300-year-old Burgenländischer-Streckhof, formerly run as a mixed farm and restructured by Ing. Stefan Lang. In July 2003, the completely redesigned winery with press house, processing cellar, barrique cellar, tasting rooms and wine shop was opened. The vineyards cover 17 hectares of vineyards in the best Neckenmarkter vineyards. They are exclusively planted with red varieties such as Blaufränkisch , Zweigelt, St. Laurent, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. There are also grapes purchased. The wines are vinified in the three lines "Classic" (aging in large oak barrels), "Exclusiv" (in used barriques) and "Reserve" or "Cuvées" (16 to 24 months in new barriques). The premium wines include the cuvée "Excelsior" (Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Blaufränkisch ), "Blaufränkisch Grand Réserve Juwel", "Blaufränkisch Exclusiv" and "St. Laurent Exclusive ". Every year around 100,000 bottles of wine are produced. The winery is a member of the club Blaufränkischland Mittelburgenland,
