López de Heredia

The winery "López de Heredia - Viña Tondonia" is located in the city of Haro in the center of the Spanish Rioja sub-area Rioja Alta, It was founded in 1877 by Don Raphael López de Heredia y Landeta, who had previously been in the service of a French trading house. At the turn of the century, the company was considered a technology leader by the application of French cellar technology.
