, It was founded in the 1950s by Heinrich and Erna Lorenz as a mixed operation. The grapes were delivered to a cooperative. In the 1970s, son Werner began with bottle wine marketing. The Gutsschänke "Bonnheimer Hof" connected. The company is run by Werner (winemaker) and Ulrich (viticulture technician) Lorenz, who is responsible for cellar technology. They are planted to 70% with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau and Siegerrebe, and to 30% with the red varieties Dornfelder, Portugieser, Pinot Noir, Frühburgunder, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
