Manto Negro

The red grape variety comes from the island of Mallorca ( Spain ). Synonyms are Cabelis, Mantonegro and Mantuo Negro. According to done in 2012 DNA analysis it is from a natural cross between the varieties of Sabaté x, also from Mallorca, but no longer cultivated Callet Cas Concos emerged.
