The estate is located in the commune of La Morra (province of Cuneo) in the Italian region Piedmont, The family has been wine-growing for six generations. The operation today is managed by Manuel, Andrea Marchetti and Elisa Marchetti; as Önologfe Walter Bonetti is responsible. In the foundation of a tower from the 13th century is the maturing cellar, the premises for the fermentation and bottling are in the basement of a monastery built in the 19th century.

The vineyards cover 20 hectares; no grapes are bought. There are the grape varieties Arneis. Barbera. Dolcetto, Moscato ( Muscat Blanc ) and Nebbiolo cultured. The red wines are long lasting up to 45 days maceration with constant suppression of the marc vinified. The product range includes the DOCG wines Roero Arneis. Moscato d'Asti and various Barolo called "Del Comune di La Morra", "La Serra", "Brunate" and " Chinato “, As well as the DOC wines Dolcetto d'Alba "Boschi di Berri" (from very old, ungrafted Vines) and "Fontanazza", Barbera d'Alba "Ciabot Camerano" and Langhe Nebbiolo "Lasarin". The flagship of the house is the Barolo "Brunate" from the location of the same name, which has been in the 30 hl large wooden barrel matures from Slavonian oak. 125,000 bottles of wine are produced annually, of which around 85% are exported. The winery is a member of Consorzio di tutela del Barolo e del Barbaresco and Consorzio dell'Albeisa.
