The red grape variety (also Mi 5-26) is an interspecific new breed between Merlan ( Merlot x Seibel 13666 ) x Fratava, The name is an anagram of the mother variety. They are genes from Vitis aestivalis. Vitis berlandieri. Vitis labrusca. Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera contain. The crossing of the hybrid took place in 1985 in the Czech Republic by a team around Vilém crinkly (1924-2013). The variety protection was granted in 2012. The new breeds are with the same parents Cerason. Kofranka. Laurot and Nativa emerged. The medium to late ripening vine is resistant to all kinds of diseases. It produces dark-colored, fruity red wines with harmonious tannins and a spicy aroma André recall. The variety is being trialled in Moravia.
