A specialty of the house are amphora wines (Natural Wine, Orange Wine ), according to Georgian Model by means of the traditional Cachetic method in clay jugs (Kvevris) are produced. Since 2009 Kvevris has been working in various sizes with 400 liters to 2,500 liters. 6 Kvevris are located in the vineyard Marani (Georgian wine cellar), 2014 then a second Marani inside the winery with 11 other Kvevris was completed. The grapes arrive in the Kvevris right after the harvest and ferment there for between seven and nine months. The turbidity slowly sink until the wine is cleared. Thereafter, the wine is transferred to other containers and obtains its clarity without filtration, Only after a biennial maturing process is the wine bottled. Amphore® is a registered trademark.
