Mavrodiates

The red grape variety comes from Greece. It must not be confused with the Liatiko or Mayrodiates varieties, despite the fact that it appears to have synonyms or morphological similarities. The variety is cultivated in the Cyclades, but is no longer important. In 2016, no stock was reported (Kym Anderson).
