The white grape variety comes from Croatia
, Synonyms are Buboj, Bumba, Medna Bijela, Medva, Rizavac and Zložder. The productive vine is resistant to most fungal diseases
, It produces light, acidic white wines with a characteristic honey flavor that gives them their name. The variety is mainly grown in the Dalmatinska Zagora region (Dalmatian hinterland) between Split and Dubrovnik. In 2010, however, no stocks were shown in the official statistics.
