Meinklang - Winery Michlits

The company is located in the municipality of Pamhagen in the Burgenland wine-growing region Lake Neusiedl (Austria). It is run by Angela and Werner Michlits. The name is formed from "M" (Michlits) and "harmony" for "in harmony with nature". The extended family Michlits operates a Pannonian mixed farm with winery, agriculture and orchards. The vineyards cover nearly 55 hectares of vineyards in the midst of many natural paints (Lacke = salty lake). They are planted to 70% with the red varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch , Pinot Noir, St. Laurent and Roesler, and to 30% with the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Welschriesling.
