mild

Description (also gentle) for the taste of a wine in the context of a wine address. This has a low acidity or, with a higher residual sugar content, the acidity recedes into the background. In red wines, this means only weakly pronounced tannins. Related terms are balanced, smooth, round, velvety and soft. For sparkling wine (see table of sweetness levels there), "mild" means a residual sugar of more than 50 g/l, regulated by EU regulation. Do not be confused by the fact that this is referred to as doux, sweet, dolce and dulce in other languages.
