The white grape comes from Italy, Synonyms are Fiano Aromatico, Fiano della Valle d'Itria, Fiano di Puglia, Fiano di Salento, Fiano Minutolo, Fiore Mendillo, Greco Aromatico, Minutola and Moscatellina. According to the year 2001 DNA analysis is it until then as a variety of the variety Fiano prestigious Fiano Aromatico to a separate strain, which was therefore renamed Minutolo.
