. Winegrowing started with a third hectare, today the vineyards already cover 5.5 hectares of vineyards in, for example, the vineyards Auflangen and Wartberg. They are planted with the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Welschriesling, as well as the red varieties Zweigelt, Blauburger and Merlot. The management takes place strictly according to the organic wine criteria. The weak shoots are broken out and the leaf walls are kept high and airy until the grapes are optimally ripe. By thin out
in late summer only the strongest grapes remain on the vine. The subsequent vinification is designed for the greatest possible protection from manual harvesting to expansion. The Prasch Biohof, which also provides space for the tanks, is used for pressing. Premium wines include, for example, Grüner Veltliner Wartberg and the red wine blend "Ferdinand" (Zweigelt, Blauburger, Merlot).
