From contract winemakers from the Schrattenberg area in Burgenland's DAC area Leithaberg grapes are bought and red wines are made from them. The wines are expanded either in the cellar vaults from the 13th to 14th centuries, or in the new stainless steel tank farm. Around 90% of the single-layer wines are closed with glass. Bottle-fermented sparkling wines are also produced. Around a million bottles of wine are produced annually, and around 85% of production is delivered to the catering trade.
