Muscat Dore de Semis

This white grape variety is a new breed between Riesling x Muscat St. Laurent. The crossing was made by the French breeder Christian Oberlin (1831-1915) in Colmar(Alsace, France). Incidentally, the same parents also produced the varieties Bouquet Riesling, Diamond Muscat, Edelmuskat, Feinmuskat, Feinriesling, Firn Riesling, Marienriesling, Muscat de la Republique, Muscat Flower, Muscat Bouquet, Muscat Scent and Muscat Riesling. In 2016 no stock was reported (statistics Kym Anderson).
