The "Nals Margreid winery" is located in Nals in the Italian wine sector South-Tirol
(Region Trentino-Alto Adige
). It was created in 1985 by the merger of the two traditional wineries Nals (1932) and Margreid-Entiklar (1954). Today, 140 winegrowers manage around 150 hectares of vineyards along the South Tyrolean Wine Road at 200 to 900 meters above sea level. Around 950,000 bottles of wine are produced annually, of which 30% are exported to European countries and the USA. The winery is a member of the Association of South Tyrolean Winery Cooperatives.
