Neretto

The name Neretto (Black) or also Neiret, Neret, Neretta or Neyret is used for in almost all cases genetically different grape varieties in the Italian regions of Aosta Valley and Piedmont. In DNA analyses carried out in 2009, the following vines were examined, which are cultivated here under these names:
