Old pesticide that used to be used against insects such as aphids and mites (red spider mite ), but also the caterpillars of the grape berry moth (sour worm, hay worm, sweet worm). The broth was made with 1.5 to 2 kg of tobacco in one hl of water. However, the highly toxic poison is no longer used today.
