are pending (as of 2013). The vine, which ripens very late, is generally very resistant to various vine diseases. It produces low-acid red wines with gentle tannins. The rare variety is only found in the Kozáni area in the west of the region Macedonia
grown in old vineyards. There, for example, it is produced from dried grapes Liastos
(Sweet wine) used.
