Nu'er-Hong

Rice wine brand (Chinese Mijiu) China, the name means "red girl". He is also known as Huadiao Jiu. The raw materials are rice and wheat, the alcohol content is 16% vol. The red color comes from the mold Monascus purpureus, with which the fermentation (Conversion strength in sugar ) of the raw materials. In Eastern China, it is a tradition to dig a rice wine into the soil when a girl is born. At the girl's wedding, the rice wine is then dug up and drunk. But if the girl dies before the wedding, the wine is called "withered flowers". See also below sake,
