Designation (also Opol) for a rosé-like wine Croatia which is produced there on the Dalmatian coast and many Dalmatian islands. The name derives from "pol" (half for "half red and half white wine"), but there are also Roze or Rose common. This refers only to the colour of wine, because it is produced exclusively from red wine grapes. Central and Southern Dalmatia is a controlled wine designation of origin (KZP = Kontroliranim Zemljopisnim Podrijetlom). He is from many locals like Babic. Babica, Crljenak Kaštelanski ( Tribidrag ) Ljutun and Plavac Mali but also international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot vinified. In general, these are cuvées, there is also unmixed,
