Description (also Opol) for a rosé-like wine Croatia, which is produced there on the Dalmatian coast and many Dalmatian islands. The name derives from "pol" (half for "half red, half white wine"), but it is also roze or Rose common. But that only applies to the colour of the wine, because it is produced exclusively from red wine grapes. In Central and South Dalmatia it is a wine with controlled designation of origin (KZP = Kontroliranim Zemljopisnim Podrijetlom). It is made up of many local like Babic.
