The winery "Bodegas Julián Chivite" is located in the municipality of Cintruénigo in the Spanish region or DO area of Navarra. A notarial deed dated 26 August 1647 shows that the ancestor María Rubio, widow of Joseph de Chivite, was already making wine. At that time, the business was still a stagecoach station.
