The "Weinhof und Pension Parzer" farm is located in the municipality of Oberfucha at the foot of the Göttweiger Berg in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of Kremstal. It has been family-owned since 1843. With the new construction of the cellar with state-of-the-art cellar technology, a tasting room for up to 60 people was also adapted. The business is run by Christian Parzer and his wife Andrea. The guesthouse run by Brigitte Parzer with a solar-heated swimming pool and sunbathing garden is located not far from the winery at the beginning of Oberfucha in a wonderfully quiet location amid idyllic vineyards and orchards. The vineyards cover seven hectares in the Frauengrund, Gaisberg, Hoher Rain, Panzen, Richtern, Seebodenberg, Sprinzenberg and Wendelstatt vineyards. They are 75% planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner (50% of the area), Riesling, Gelber Muskateller and Chardonnay, and 25% with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The main focus is on the vinification of elegant wines with clarity, structure and finesse, which should reflect the characteristics of the site and the vintage in an unadulterated way. The white wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks and are mostly vinified dry. The red wines mature in barriques. Premium wines are various Grüner Veltliners and Rieslings Kremstal DAC or Kremstal DAC Reserve. Sparkling wines, as well as noble brandies and liqueurs are also produced. The winery is a member of the Vinum Circa Montem association.
