The winery is located in the municipality Jois in the Burgenland wine-growing region Lake Neusiedl (Austria). The family has been practicing viticulture since the 17th century. Martin Pasler took over his parents' business after years of teaching and traveling in the leading wineries in Germany, France and Australia in 1994. The winemaker has set himself the ambitious goal of making his wines among the best in the world. The vineyards cover 11 hectares of vineyards with some 80-year-old vines.
