The traditional winery is located in the municipality of Kesten (Bernkastel area) in the German wine-growing region Moselle
, It is a former collegiate courtyard of the Church of St. Paulin (Trier), which was first mentioned in 936. At the time of secularization in 1803, the Paulinshof was privately owned. It has been owned by Klaus and Christa Jüngling since 1969. Cellar master is son of graduate engineer Oliver Jüngling. The vineyards cover nine hectares of vineyards in the communities Brauneberg
