The white grape variety is a new breed between Queen of the vineyards x sultanina ( Sultana ). Synonyms are California 1253 F 21, Perlet, Perleta, Perletta, and Szertendrei Magvatlon. The crossing took place in 1936 at the Agricultural Experiment Station of the University of California by the breeder Harold P. Olmo (1909-2006). The variety was crossbred partner in the new breeds Aron. Augusta (3) Dawn Seedless. Evita Blanche. Exalta and Helios (2). The versatile vine is called destem- and table grape, as well as for raisins used. It is cultivated on all continents in many countries worldwide, including in Germany and Austria, In 2010, however, only one hectare for Peru expelled (Statistics Kym Anderson ).
