Pervomaisky

The red grape variety is a new breed between Teinturier du Cher x Aleatico, The name means "First of May" or "Mayday". The crossing took place in 1935 in Uzbekistan by the breeder AN Negrul. The variety protection was granted in 1953. The late-ripening vine is prone to both mildews, It produces dark reds and is also called table grape used.
