Peza

Appellation in the district of Heraklion on the greek island Crete near the capital Heraklion. Peza is one of the four POP areas the island; west of it, the areas border Archanes and Dafnes at. The vineyards must be located more than 300 meters above sea level. The deep red wine will come from the autochthonous varieties Kotsifali (usually 75%) and Mandilaria blended.
