, Winegrowing has been practiced in the family since the 17th century, and the winery itself has existed since 1968. Patrick Philipps took over the lead with his wife Michaela as a newcomer in 1998. The company was subsequently transformed with major investments based on state-of-the-art knowledge of the cellar industry. A guest house is connected. The vineyards cover 3.5 hectares of vineyards in the top locations Graacher Domprobst
, as well as Bernkasteler Johannisbrünnchen (the shares in the Zeltinger positions Himmelreich and sundial were given up). They are 100% planted with the Riesling. The wines are ever about one-third dry, semi-dry and lovely to 100% in stainless steel tanks expanded. Every year around 50,000 bottles of wine are produced. It also produces sparkling wines and bottle fermented sect.
