Potamissi Mavro

The red grape variety originates from Greece. Synonyms are Mavro Potamissa and Potamissi Noir. Nothing is known about the ancestry (parentage) or a possible genetic relationship to the white variety Potamissi. The variety is cultivated in the Cyclades, especially Santorini. However, no stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
