The French sommelier
Olivier Poussier (1964) attended Tecomah Hotel School in Jouy-en-Josas, then worked in the famous Tour d'Argent (Paris) and Connaught (London) five-star hotels. He is the chief sommelier of the well-known house "Lenôtre", which operates several restaurants among others. From the year 2005 he took over the responsibility over the wine guide
"Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France" (until then this was Michel Bettane
and Thierry Desseauve
). Poussier was named Best Sommelier in France in 1990 and Sommelier World Champion in 2000.
