The white grape comes from Albania, Synonyms are Pules, Pules I Bylyshit, Pulez, Pulezi and Pulse. The parentage is unknown. There are also according to done in 2005 DNA analysis two genetically different varieties with this name. The vine is still traditionally raised on trees and used for the production of Raki (Schnapps) and wine used. It is grown in the central south in the Berati area. In 2010, no inventory was reported (Statistics Kym Anderson ).
