The white grape variety is an interspecific new breeding between Welschriesling x Kunbarat. Synonyms are Korai Rizling and Sremski Karlovci 77-10-69. It contains genes from Vitis amurensis and Vitis vinifera. The hybrid was crossed in Serbia in 1977 by dPetar Cindric. No stock was reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
