The estate is located in the municipality of Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg in the German wine-growing region Near
, Erich-Wilhelm and Ursel Rapp developed it from a formerly mixed agricultural business by acquiring and leasing good vineyard sites to a quality-oriented winery. Today, Walter Rapp is responsible for the winery and the expansion of the wines. Attached is a guest house. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vineyards in the layers Köhler-Kopf, Luisengarten, Schlossberg and Stephansberg (Ebernburg), as well Rotenberg
(Altenbamberg). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling (50% of the total area), Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris, Scheurebe, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc and Kerner, and the red varieties Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. In the vineyard, great importance is placed on promoting soil fertility by, for example, cultivating short-term and permanent greening. The aging of the wines is temperature-controlled in traditional oak barrels and modern stainless steel tanks. It also produces bottle-fermented sect.
