Ravat noir

The red grape variety (also Ravat 262) is an interspecific new breed between Seibel 8365 x Pinot Noir, They are genes from Vitis labrusca. Vitis lincecumii. Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera contain. The crossing of the hybrid took place in France by the private breeder Jean François Ravat (+1940) early 1930s.
