Raw sparkling wine

Commercial term for a sparkling wine after bottle fermentation (second fermentation), which is stored for some time until disgorgement (removal of the yeast sediment). However, the term has no legal meaning in wine law. In contrast, sparkling wine that is ready for delivery but not yet finished (i.e. before any dosage has been carried out) is called "finished sparkling wine". Raw wine has a similar meaning.
