Recunu

The white grape variety originates from Italy. Synonyms are Recono, Reconu and Recunnu. The parentage is unknown. The medium-late ripening variety was rediscovered in Sicily around Mount Etna near the city of Messina. It yields acidic white wines. No stock was reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
