Since the beginning of the 1990s, it has been run by the advertising specialist Franz-Andreas Resch and his wife Monika in the fifth generation of the family. The vineyards cover nearly seven hectares of vineyards in the layers Klosterberg, Rosenberg. Scharzhofberg and Schlangengraben (Wiltingen). They are mainly planted with Riesling, as well as the varieties Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It is practiced consistently close to nature, environmentally friendly viticulture with, for example, evergreens since the 1980s. The goal is the, typicality Saar-Riesling and to bring as authentically and location-related in the bottle. Wherever possible, the wines are spontaneously fermented and stored long on the lees, They are expanded in stainless steel, plastic and glass tanks. An interesting experiment is the Riesling "Newton", which arises without mechanical effects. In suitable years also noble sweet Beerenauslese as well as ice wines are pressed.
