AOC area for rosé wines in the French Loire wine region. The wine can be produced in the three appellations Anjou, Saumur and Touraine. The vineyards in these areas cover around 1,000 hectares of vines. The grape varieties Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon (minimum 30%), as well as Pineau d'Aunis, Gamay and Grolleau Noir are allowed. The mostly dry wine is produced using the Saignée method. Well-known producers are Clos de l'Abbaye, Domaine d'Ambinois, Domaine des Baumard, Château de Breuil, Domaine Ogereau and Domaine des Trottieres.
