The white grape variety comes from Italy, Despite apparently suggesting synonyms, she is not allowed to join Grillo or Pigato (both also Rossese Bianco) or one of the four different white ones Rossese varieties be confused. It is also not a color mutation of the red variety Rossese di Dolceacqua (synonym for the French variety common in Liguria Tibouren ). The vine produces fresh, low-alcohol white wines. It is mainly found in the two municipalities of Roddino and Sinio in the province of Cuneo Piedmont in the Langhe hills grown and used as a waste. In 2010 seven hectares of vineyards were designated under the name Rossese Bianco; mglw. but there are also quantities of other Rossese varieties.
