The winery is located in the municipality of Kinheim (Bernkastel area) in the German wine-growing region of Mosel. Holiday flats are also rented out. The winery is run by Andreas Roth. The vineyards cover four hectares of vines in the single vineyard sites Herrenberg and Treppchen (Erden), as well as Hubertuslay and Rosenberg (Kinheim). They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Müller-Thurgau and Kerner, as well as with the red wine varieties Spätburgunder and Dornfelder. The Rieslings are vinified dry, semi-dry, fruity-sweet and noble-sweet. A Riesling Hochgewächs is also marketed. In suitable years, Trockenbeerenauslese and ice wines are also vinified. Some of the red wines are matured in barriques. Bottle-fermented sparkling wines, noble brandies (marc, yeast, fruit), liqueurs and grape juices are also produced.
