Independent community area in the department Drôme in the southern French appellation Cotes du Rhone-Villages (see the AOC regulations there). The community has been allowed to use the name on the label lead. Viticulture has been known here at least since the 15th century, even then there was a qualitative distinction between different types of soil ( terroir ) distinguished. The vineyards cover 60 hectares of vineyards on gravelly sandstone on the stony slopes of the Lance Mountains. Red, rosé and white wines are produced. A well-known producer is Domaine La Bouvaude.
